Medical Assistance

Along with a 24/7 on-call Registered Nurse, our Cades staff is available round-the-clock to help ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our residents. Our Resident Assistants are licensed and highly trained to accommodate the day-to-day needs of our residents, always patient, kind, and willing to go the extra mile with a friendly smile.

 

Medications are ordered, maintained and dispersed according to strict doctor’s orders and we also have a Licensed Dietician on staff to ensure that Cades Center meets the dietary needs of each and every resident.

 

Social Activities

In addition to quality healthcare, we also feel it is important for our residents to enjoy daily activities that keep them active, motivated, alert and engaged with others who take pleasure in like interests.

 

Our full-time Activities Director organizes a monthly Calendar of Events such as Bingo, Movie Night, or a Day-Trip to a community event. Residents are free to enjoy board games, card games, table tennis or just working quietly on a puzzle or crossword. We are always looking for new ways to engage our residents, get them out of their rooms and improve their quality of life through social interaction.

 

Physical Activity

Every morning we encourage residents to join our exercise sessions that inspire balance, agility, and strength. Nothing too strenuous — just some walking in place, 1 lb. weight exercises, as well as balance and chair exercises to keep residents healthy, active and energized.

 

Meal Time

We serve three nutritional meals per day in our communal dining room where residents have their choice of menu options according to their dietary needs. In addition, we serve two snacks at activity hour and bed time. Coffee, tea and water are available throughout the day.

 

Spacious Floor Plans

Residents enjoy private rooms that come either furnished or unfurnished and include 350 to 400 square feet of living space.
